Friendly and Professional staff , very clean room , excellent location, quiet environment . Whenever I come to Lake Tahoe, I will definitely stay in your hotel and I also take some Photos and video clips to share with my family and friends! I enjoyed and loved my stay there thanks you guys ❤️Those flowers around the building were pretty and made my day up and I felt happy looking at them❤️

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the decor is nice. There are multiple places to relax outside. BBQ area, pool, 2 hot tube, exercise room and covered area for group activities as well as free DVD rentals. To top it off the location is excellent.

The room was very nice & clean. We liked that we had a separate front room from the bedroom. Bathroom shower was very roomy. Also liked there were multiple hot tubs, pools, & plenty of parking (free, yay!!). Would have preferred a bottom unit, however it wasn't a deal breaker. Also, had a queen bed and a king would have been much nicer. Close to everything (casinos, restauranta, shopping (on main strip of Lake Tahoe). Overall, really enjoyed this hotel & will stay here again!!

Great location across street from Gondola. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Loved the jacuzzi . The man who gives out breakfast was especially kind and efficient.

Breakfast was a selection of pastries and some fruit along with juice or hot drinks. Staff were always pleasant.

Great location. Was able to walk across the street to Heavenly Gondola and the shops. Also within walking distance to the Casinos. Less than 5 minutes from the beach. Would stay here again.

The room was clean. The staff was super friendly. The hotel is directly across from the gondola. For a trip where you're only looking for a place to sleep it is perfect.

No heat. Overpriced cracker box. Street noise. No air movement in the room. Unknowledgeable staff. A hard, squeaky Murphy bed for over 300 a night. Insufficient parking. Forced to park on the street. Inconvenient mosquito netting on the doorway in case one wants to leave the door open to let in even more noise.

Breakfast was very simple (and you have to take it to your room) but my daughter loved it. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. They did their best to accommodate my needs. Thanks!

Room was more than adequate even when the bed was folded out from the wall. The basic kitchen facilities meant I could get stuff from the nearby supermarket. The location is close enough to LTRH & Harveys in case one has to catch the South Lake Transporter to Reno. The staff did a great job even in the middle of a big 2023 Tahoe blizzard.
